SaveOnInsurance is the sole owner of the information collected on SaveOnInsurance.com. SaveOnInsurance collects information from our users at several different points on our Web site.

Information Use
Information collected on this site is used for analysis purposes, mostly on an aggregate level. Information may also be used in the determination of products and pricing for the different types of insurance offered.

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with Federal and State laws to protect all the information we have obtained about you.

What we do with the information we obtain.
We use information about you for business purposes such as identifying the insurers and the insurance products and services, which will meet your needs and for processing your insurance applications. We may also use information about you to offer you other products and services we provide.

Disclosure of information.
In order to offer you products and services that may be of value to you, we may, where permitted by law, disclose the customer information described above to the following:
- organizations we have hired to provide services on our behalf;
- other financial institutions with which we jointly market financial products or services;

Financial and Health Information.
SaveOnInsurance, will not disclose the financial and health information described above to anyone outside of SaveOnInsurance, unless you have authorized us to do so, or as permitted* or required by law.

*Examples of disclosures permitted by law include disclosures to organizations, insurance agents, or insurance companies that provide business services for us such as record keeping, information, or fulfillment services.

Session ID
Usage of a session ID is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. For the session ID, once users close the browser, the ID simply terminates. Some of our business partners use cookies on our site (for example, advertisers). However, we have no access to or control over these cookies, once we have given permission for them to set cookies for advertising.

Third Party Cookies and Session ID's
This privacy statement covers the use of cookies and session id's by SaveOnInsurance.net only and does not cover the use of cookies and session id's by any advertisers or partner/linked sites.

Log Files
Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Communications from the Site
We communicate with users on a regular basis to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account we reply via postal mail, email or phone, in accordance with the users wishes.

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.

Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable)
We share aggregated demographic information with our partners. This is not linked to any personally identifiable information.
